I was apprehensive to leave my American Pit Bull Terrier, Maggie, for an overnight stay because I wasn't sure how she'd interact with other dogs for an extended period. The staff at Parkwood West were reassuring, and she had a great time.
We have two German Shepherds, one of whom had diabetes. When we were told medical boarding was our only option, we were devastated at the thought of her confined to a crate at a 24-hour vet clinic. Parkwood took wonderful care of her.
My dog absolutely LOVES it here! They have incredible customer service, are very consistent, and truly care about the dogs. I feel very comforted knowing that they take such good care of my girl, and that she gets to be outside!
Our pup LOVES this place, and so do we! We've used them for both boarding and daycare, and every staff member we've encountered has been amazing. You can really tell they care about the dogs.
We absolutely love this place! Our dog, Finn, has the best time every time he goes. They send us two pictures of him every day, which we look forward to so much! The staff is so kind and clearly cares about all the dogs.
They are awesome! My baby girl Berne is very shy and hasn't been around too many other dogs, but she is slowly but surely opening up. They send pics of your pup throughout the day, and my favorite part is the live cameras.
Our pup is always so well taken care of and happy to play with his friends! The staff are fantastic about making sure the pooches are well taken care of. They send at least one photo of him to my cell each day.
If you are ever looking for someone to watch over your sweet baby, I would highly recommend here. The staff is nothing but amazing! I always bring my bubba here during the week while I'm at work and never have anything to worry about.
