Parkwood’s daycare and boarding vaccine list
For dog daycare and boarding, Parkwood requires current rabies, distemper, parainfluenza, leptospira, canine influenza, and Bordetella records. An annual fecal test for Giardia and parasites is required as well.

Check every page before sending it. Multi-page records, vaccine certificates, and laboratory results can arrive separately, so confirm that the annual fecal result is included along with vaccination dates.

Send records before the arrival day
